Proposal to Waruna Mobile Center

Motivation

Waruna Mobile Center is the one of the Mobile Delivering shop in Galle city. This shop facilitating all type of mobiles and mobile spare parts to the customers. Also this shop has grocery section and stationary section. Mainly in this process collecting goods from suppliers and then selling goods to the customers.

Weaknesses

Ø  Mobile customers want to come and see whether his ordered item is arrived or not.

Ø  Client wants some kind of user feedback, but he hasn’t any idea.

Ø  Client hasn’t online payment solution.

Ø  Client hasn’t supplier order making system.

What we are going to do…

Ø Web solution for mobile section.

Ø Add Payment gateway to web solution.

Ø Some ordering web base solution.

Ø Information notifying system from customer to shop and shop to customer.
