Outline Plan Of The Work

Waruna Mobile Center

·         First we decide to meet the client and take the requirements.

·         After that we go through the manual system.

·         We identify the main categories of that shop.

Sections that we identified,

o   Mobile

o   Stationeries

o   Grocery items

o   Delivery

·         According to our client us priorities those categories and requirements.

·         According to those things we have to calculate the budget and time period to build up this system.

·         Then we discuss with our client and make a agreement to develop the web solution.

      

·         Before we start the project, we have to create time box and allocate the works that team members have to do.

·         This customer needs this solution immediately, so need to flow fast development process to this project.

·         On that point we decide to use scrum method to do it.

·         We gather to our work place and discuss about the project with all team members.

·         Then we elected scrum master and skriper.

Scriper

·         He must create a blog and report all the dissections, future plans and other things related to project.

Scrum Master

·         He leads the team functionality, communication with customer and developer.

·         And he also guides the developers.

  Creating Project

·         According to priorities of the client, we create a basic web solution comes up with logging name and password.

·         One week is the allocated time to that.

·         After every week we have work evaluation meeting with customer to hand over the new functions and get the feedback.
