Waruna mobile center  has been upgraded under the full glare of highly Responsible technology. Shop have latest mobiles and Accessories. You can select your choice from the Home page.

·         All they have to do is display their menus on the above mentioned websites and the customers will automatically come to them.

·         All they have to do is sign up with the website and display their Mobile order or new phone gallery.


·         When they need to change anything, they just have to make the required changes to their online.

·         Also you can send your details (Name, Age, NIC,…etc) to make the warranty.


·         You can pay by using credit card(Payment gateway)

·         After placing your online order you will need to wait until you receive an email or SMS from us informing you that your order is now ready.

·         To collect your order you must show your order update email and your payment card for customer verification.

Employees

Shop Boy
He is the main guy deal with the customers. He knows all the details related any item in shop. So we thing to create that task in web solution by adding new things.

Shop Manager
He has the main responsibilities about stokes and other things. So he do all order placing, delivery maintaining and billing & credit card section.

Repairing section
If customer wants to repair the phone, first want to register to system then give the phone and fault description. So repairing section do what can do and give feedback via e-mail or sms.

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Web solution. [High Priority]
User haven’t any idea about the computer added systems. So we must give the idea about it. On that first of all create the basic web inter face.

Phone gallery. [High Priority]
This is the current available phone list and specifications listed in solution.

Shopping cart & payment gateway. [High Priority]
It is use to get customer order balance and make a orders to suppliers.

Feedback [High Medium]
It is get a idea about the service or mobile

NON FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Performance Requirements [High Priority]

·         The system shall accommodate 400 users during the peak usage time window of 8:00am to 10:00am local time, with estimated average session duration of 8 minutes.

·         All Web pages generated by the system shall be fully downloadable in no more than 15 seconds over a 50KBps modem connection.


·         Responses to queries shall take no longer than 6 seconds to load onto the screen after the user submits the query.

·         The system shall display confirmation messages to users within 5 seconds after the user submits information to the system.

Security Requirements [High Priority]

·         All network transactions that involve financial information or personally identifiable information shall be encrypted.
·         Users shall be required to log in to the Cake Ordering System for all operations except viewing a menu.
·         Customer shall log in according to the restricted computer system access policy.
·         The system shall permit only Bakery staff members who are on the list of authorized Menu Managers to create or edit menus.
·         Only users who have been authorized for home access to the corporate Intranet may use the System from non-company locations.
·         The system shall permit Customer to view only their own previously placed orders, not orders placed by other Customers.

Software Quality Attributes [High Priority]

·         Availability-The Mobile ordering and repairing system shall be available to users on the corporate Intranet and to dial-in users 99.9% of the time between 5:00am and midnight local time and 95% of the time between midnight and 5:00am local time.
·         Robustness-If the connection between the user and the system is broken prior to an order being either confirmed or canceled, the Mobile ordering and repairing system shall enable the user to recover an incomplete order.
